Available exclusively on 25 & 31 December, this limited-time four-course dinner presents a selection of festive favourites, beginning with your choice of gourmet salad, followed by rich lobster bisque and a choice of premium main course. Highlights include roasted U.S. filet mignon with prawn in foie gras gravy, New Zealand lamb racks with prawn in trio pepper sauce, or pan-fried salmon fillet with prawn in Thai lemon sauce. The evening concludes with delectable desserts, coffee or tea, and a glass of sparkling wine per person, making it a memorable dining occasion for Christmas and New Year's Eve.
