Senzuru Omakase Feast: An Art of Midsummer Flavours

This season, Senzuru Japanese Restaurant presents two meticulously crafted Omakase menus under the theme of "Hazuki", showcasing the pinnacle of Japanese seasonal ingredients and culinary mastery. Both dining experiences begin with the exquisite "Hazuki Assorted Appetizer Platter," a curated selection featuring delicate bites such as Pickled Fukuoka Tomatoes in Honey, Boston Lobster Amber Jelly, and rich Monkfish Liver Paste Toast.

The 6-Course Senzuru Omakase Set offers a beautifully balanced journey of land and sea. Highlights include a pristine premium four-piece sashimi platter, decadent Teppanyaki King Prawn and Africa Abalone, and a succulent Miyazaki A3 Wagyu Beef grilled over a hoba leaf with rich Hatcho miso. The meal concludes with a texture-rich Seasonal Fish Uroko-yaki (scale-fried) paired with Salmon Roe Kamameshi.

For a more indulgent gastronomic exploration, the 9-Course Senzuru Omakase Set elevates the experience further. This extended menu introduces an upgraded five-piece deluxe sashimi selection, Teppanyaki Boston Lobster, and a creative Grilled Hiroshima Oyster with Cheese embedded in fresh citrus. A true highlight of this set is the dual-cut Hay-smoked Beef, featuring both Miyazaki A3 Wagyu and Australian Ox Tongue infused with a delicate, rustic aroma. Complemented by a comforting Tilefish and Salmon Roe Kamameshi, it stands as the ultimate celebration of contemporary Japanese dining.
