• Responsible for the operation in the Duty Control Room, BMS, Chillers, Boilers, etc
• Attend to all complaints, utilities records and computation, night shift servicing works and routine inspection
• Provide maintenance to all plants, systems, equipment, facilities, M&E services, ELV systems, water supply system, audio /visual system, etc.
• Provide inspection to all fire protection, life saving systems, vertical transportation systems, etc.
