From 2 January 2014, Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees pleasantly reveal Spring Sustainable Seafood Dinner Buffet, join as one of the very few local hotels using sustainable seafood caught without hampering the ecosystem’s ability, certified by the European Sustainable Seafood Certification Organization. Let’s devour a fresh variety of sustainably sourced marine products with great joy at Café 8 Degrees, as well as supporting a healthy ocean for future generations.


Be amazed by the in-season seafood collection helmed by our renowned chefs, preserve the aftertaste of ingredients from across the ocean in authentic Chinese cooking method: double juicy Pan-Fried Netherlands Plaice in Spring Onion Soy Sauce with the essence of fish and soy sauce intertwining in gourmet’s mouth, Deep-fried Spain White Bait with Spicy Salt with bold tantalizing sichuan pepper and garlic, Fried Iceland Halibut in Soy Sauce, crunchy skin and tender meat enriched by flavour of spring onion sauce, Steamed Spain Whole Corvina adopted the simplest cooking method to bring out the freshest and most delicate texture, Netherlands Cockles with Asparagus Salad, carries well surprisingly matching the sweetness of cockles from the crystal clear water region with crispy green asparagus.
