Job Description:

Provide sense of welcome in professional manner upon guest arrival.
Maintain good communication among team to achieve high level of service.
Assist restaurant manager in optimizing outlet business volume and capacity.
Always handle guest responses and reservations in professional manner.
Follow up on particular guest request / order with concern parties such as dietary allergy or arrangement for special occasion etc.
Reconfirm all guest reservation in advance to optimize operation.

Job Requirements:

1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience.
High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
