Job Description:

  • Provide sense of welcome in professional manner upon guest arrival.
  • Maintain good communication among team to achieve high level of service.
  • Assist restaurant manager in optimizing outlet business volume and capacity.
  • Always handle guest responses and reservations in professional manner.
  • Follow up on particular guest request / order with concern parties such as dietary allergy or arrangement for special occasion etc.
  • Reconfirm all guest reservation in advance to optimize operation.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience.
  • High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
