Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as Manager-on-duty to ensure smooth and orderly operation of the Hotel
  • Manage the daily operation of the Front Office Department and maintain the high standard of services
  • Resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest requests promptly according to the established standards
  • Handle emergencies and complaints in accordance with hotel policies 
  • Supervise the Front Office team and provide on-the-job training to new teammates

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
  • Immediately available is an advantage

Guest Services Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Perform cashiering functions efficiently
  • Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response
  • Handle guests’ complaints and emergency situation in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry or customer services experience
  • Passionate about connecting with people and cheerful 
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills and high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, other foreign language literacy such as Thai is a plus
