What We're Looking For

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply Management, Hotel Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years' purchasing experience, with the skills and competency to handle Food & Beverage or non-food procurement
• Experience in cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation evaluation, and procurement reporting
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, and a good team player with high integrity
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, )
• Experience with CheckSCM is an advantage
