Executive Sous Chef – Western (5-day work)

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
Knowledge of Chinese Cuisine is preferred
Good sense of menu planning and food cost control
Good team player with strong communication skills
Immediate availability will be an advantage
