Highlighting the two golden gems of the ocean: sea urchin and fish maw; The Window Café is going present Golden Gems Seafood Buffet Dinner this Father’s Day. Meanwhile, Loong Yat Heen will be offering two Father’s Day Special Set Menus.

The Window Café is going to treat you and your family a feast that features sea urchin and fish maw on June 15 & 16. What’s more…a dish of complimentary Baked Hokkaido Scallop with Sea Urchin and Black Truffle will be offered to every father. To show our appreciation, for the dad who patronizes the buffet dinner on June 16, skincare product will be offered: every dad and son will get the *BIOTHERM HOMME FORCE SUPREME Deluxe Pack and *BIOTHERM HOMME AQUAPOWER 3-day Pack respectively. Being regarded as one of the top three delicacies in Japan, sea urchin gains its popularity with the robust briny flavor, custard-like creaminess and divine umami. Using the superior sea urchin imported from Canada, the dishes are definitely soul satisfying. On the other hand, fish maw is being ranked as an ambrosia together with abalone, sea cucumber and shark’s fin. Fat and cholesterol free, fish maw is rich in collagen and excellent in skin repairing function.
 
Sample Baked King Prawn with Sea Urchin and Black Truffle that the briny essence of sea urchin echoes with the nutty aroma of black truffle; while the creamy texture of sea urchin is contrary to the bounciness of king prawn. Do not miss out Sea Urchin and Waygu Beef Sushi in Flame if you are a beef aficionado. Optimum in fat marbling, waygu beef is succulent and tender; by topping the waygu beef sushi with sea urchin, the savor is uplifted as a whole. Tonify yourself with Fish Maw and Chinese Caterpillar Fungus with Basil and Peanut Sauce on Ice, the cold dish is so refreshing and best relished during summer. Using quality ingredients, the Father’s Day Special Set Menus offer an array of palatable delicacies with highlights include: Braised Sea Cucumber with pig’s trotters with Vegetable, Roasted Sliced Suckling Pig with Jelly Fish Served with Mango Sauce, Sautéed Prawns with Honey Bean and Sweet Walnuts, Wolfberry Seeds and more.
 
Available from June 8 to 16, the nine-course Father’s Day Special Set Menus can accommodate various family sizes up to 12 persons.
