Job Description

  • Directly report to Financial Controller and assist him/her in daily administration work
  • The administration work includes Purchase Request checking, documents and contract filing, renewal of all kinds of hotel’s licence, handling of insurance case and any duties as assigned by the Financial Controller
  • Responsible for General Cashier duties including cash count from Front Office and restaurants to ensure all the money is agree with the book amount
  • Deposit the days cash receipts in the bank, if necessary
  • Prepare the General Cashier Report for the month end

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent education required
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in similar position
  • Experience in Hospitality Industry with Front Office or F&B is an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication skills, good team player, and able to work in a dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify, monitor and review daily hotel revenue.
  • Check hotel rebates, discounts, entertainment etc.
  • Prepare regular daily and monthly reports
  • Perform surprise cash inspections of house funds.
  • Take part in month end closing.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in Accounting or other related disciplines.
  • 3-4 years relevant experience
  • Hands on and ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated & hardworking.
  • Responsible & reliable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as Manager-on-duty during overnight time to ensure smooth and orderly operation of the Hotel
  • Manage the daily operation of the Front Office Department and maintain the high standard of services
  • Resolve guest complaints and follow up on guest requests promptly according to the established standards
  • Handle emergencies and complaints in accordance with hotel policies 
  • Supervise the Front Office team and provide on-the-job training to new teammates

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English & fluent in Mandarin speaking
  • Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, leadership and coaching skills
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
