Job Responsibilities:

• Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Perform cashiering functions efficiently
• Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response
• Handle guests’ complaints and emergency situation in a professional manner

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry or customer services experience
• Passionate about connecting with people and cheerful 
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills and high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, other foreign language literacy such as Thai is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

• Have proven track record in soliciting corporate and business contracts
• Identify sources of Corporate Account and provide sales action plan to solicit the business.
• Analyses market changes and initiates programs with the corporate sales staff to meet these changes
• Execute sales plan through the most efficient and effective channels and approach
• Coach and motivate corporate sales staff to realize full potential for advancement
• Compile Sales Activities Reports & Sales Call Plans for Corporate Team and submit to the Director of Sales & Marketing

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines
• At least 4 years corporate sales experience in 4-star or higher category hotel
• Have proven track record in corporate and business contracts
• Good knowledge in identify new business by examing market trends and competition activities
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
