Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for running efficiency operation of hotel area
• Ensure the hotel areas are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard and procedures
• Supervise and control the work performance of all the room attendant and cleaner
• Handle guest request and complaints, report to superior for the follow up action
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with related certificate is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Descriptions:

• Identify potential business opportunities to maximize revenue from event business to achieve Company’s goal
• Monitor and ensure a smooth execution of all events with high level of service standard
• Conduct market research on economic trends and competitor activities
• Follow up on banquet event arrangements and bookings to meet guest's expectations
• Coordinate with other departments in all event promotion

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in relevant discipline
• Preferably with 3 years’ relevant experience in Hospitality industry
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Positive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
