Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for running efficiency operation of hotel area
• Ensure the hotel areas are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard and procedures
• Supervise and control the work performance of all the room attendant and cleaner
• Handle guest request and complaints, report to superior for the follow up action
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with related certificate is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in relevant discipline is preferred (hospitality management / business administration)
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hotel or tourism industry is a MUST
• Detail-minded, independent with strong analytical skills and a good sense of market practice
• Participate in departmental action plans and has good communication and interpersonal skills
