The incumbent will be responsible for performing purchasing duties and providing support to the Centralized Purchasing Team.

rEQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in Business Administration / Purchasing & Supply Management / Hotel Management related discipline
• Ideally 1-2 years working experience in purchasing with skills and competency to handle food & beverage purchases, cost analysis, supplier performance management, quotation monitoring and report updating. Working experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
• Strong sense of integrity, self-motivated, a good team player, good analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CheckSCM application is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese

Candidate with more experience will be considered for Purchasing Officer.

Fresh university graduate is welcome.

The Job Scope:

• Short term contract for 3 to 4 months
• Work collaboratively with hotels’ marketing team in creating creative and engaging artwork design for online/offline channels to meet business objectives
• From concept to creation of the graphic aligning with the hotels’ brand image
• Other ad-hoc design tasks as required 

The Requirement:

• Experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Mac Operation is a must
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator
• Able to perform under tight schedule and to meet deadline
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently
• A sharp eye for aesthetics and details
• Preference given to those with photography and videography experience
