Pastry Chef, Elson CHEUNG Chi Pang and Ray TO Wan Kit have won the Gold Award in HOFEX 2013 “The Hong Kong International Culinary Classic” for the making of Chocolate Fragrant Tea Cake. The two award-winning cakes, Chocolate Mint and Jasmine Fragrant Tea Cake and Chocolate Lady Grey Fragrant Tea Cake, are now served at dinner buffet at Promenade Restaurant. They are also available for sale at our Coffee Corner at HK$360 (1.5lbs).
