Shellfish Splendour with “Shake Shake” Cocktail Sauce
Shellfish are some of the most understated food as they are not as appealing when it comes to appearance. Yet hidden under their humble shells, shellfish are some of the finest and palate pleasing delicacies on earth. With an irresistibly fresh selection of shellfish worldwide that are perfect for the season, we promise a satisfying meal with overwhelming freshness.

Shellfish are good accompaniment to freshly squeezed lemon juice, but best while accompanied by our 3 creative “Shake Shake” Cocktail Sauce where the freshness of the shellfish is enhanced and brought into perfect focus. Your choice of shellfish and sauce well shaken in a shaker, coating your every bite with tantalizing flavour and freshness.

Baked Rock-salted Whole Salmon
Apart from the splendid shellfish, we also celebrate the versatility of Hong Kong food enthusiasts’ most loved fish – salmon. An innovative twist to one of the traditional ways of Chinese cooking, the whole salmon, stuffed and marinated with herbs, is buried in high quality Rock Salt and slowly baked to perfection. The salmon is then taken out, have the salt cluster broken down in front of customers and served immediately. The Baked Rock-salted Whole Salmon is prepared in three ways and will be served on a rotating basis:
Ø Thai Style – with Lemongrass and Lime (with Red Curry Sauce)
Ø Italian Style – with Funnel, Lemon and Tomato (with Garlic, Herbs and Olive Oil)
Ø French Style – with Fresh Herbs (with Fresh Dill Cream Sauce)
Who can resist the tantalizing smell the sizzling skewers. Seafood Skewers are also served throughout the night with a wild range of fresh seafood and more, all ready to pamper your palate! Recommended choices include: Jumbo Sea Scallops, Slipper Lobsters, Jumbo Oysters, Cod Loin Roll with Bacon and Tiger Prawns.
Of course, don’t forget to end your night with our luxury sugary-gems like Chocolate Sea Shell Tiramisu, the luscious Orange and Toffee Chocolate Cake and the limited Seashell Baked Alaska only available on Fridays and Saturdays!
