To refresh the taste buds, colourful Fresh Fruit and Prawn Salad, Mesclun Mixed and Marinated Salmon with Dill & Orange promise a healthy yet favourable taste.

Stage at live cooking station, Sautéed Seafood such as fresh prawn, whole scallop, mussel and squid with assorted vegetables and herbs in white wine, Pan-fried Salmon Fillet in Mango Sauce, Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Chilli, Double Boiled Sliced Conch Soup with Ginseng, Korean Style Fried Rice with Kimchi and Seafood and more. In addition, each guest will be given one Braised Abalone in Oyster Sauce, whole abalone is braised to tender and well flavoured with Chinese ham and chicken.
